Why I'm single dad
My wife in Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City:
Just amazing. When I was a kid and living in Brazil, in order to make an international phone call, you had to go to the state telecom's main office, get in a cue, and have your call connected by a government operator. Now, you can be halfway around the world and still be visible to friends. I don't think I'll ever stop being amazed by how much easier global communication is now.

Alex, when I was in high school, in a very small town in Missouri, you still cranked the phone and asked the operator for even a local number. Our number, on a party line, was 22F56.
