Decoder Ring On: For my academic readers who aren't familiar with the twisted genre of slick, motivational corporate propaganda (heaven knows that when I was an academic, I was never subjected to much of anything motivational), this is a parody of the inspirational graphics that one often sees in offices. I think they're less popular than they used to be....
